I am a "big-picture thinker" who focuses on preserving a cohesive look and feel of the project, supervising the entire creative process, and leading the best-in-class team. I am a hands-on strategic designer and business owner with over 20 years of experience in the creative fields of marketing, graphic design, video, web design, and brand development.

My role as design director is to discover, solve, create, and collaborate. Obtaining a full understanding and knowledge of the client’s requirements, challenges, and goals to direct and oversee the best-in-class team to achieve results, create value, and trust, and solve problems. B2b brand execution is a hard gig, and I genuinely enjoy the challenge of marrying my skills to interpret a commercial marketing vision.

As a design strategist, my role is to navigate change with the challenges that brings, and the innovation required to succeed. As design is as much a matter of finding the right problems as it is solving them. I use design thinking, problem-solving, research, and planning to help teams create successful brands.

We achieve our goals and vision online and offline through a human-centred approach that accelerates innovation and transformation. We reinvent relationships with customers and employees through experiences, products, and services.
